Ingredients For Strawberry Banana Yogurt Popsicles

Strawberries – I use fresh strawberries to ensure a burst of natural flavor and vibrant color, while also providing essential nutrients and antioxidants. Try to plan to make them when strawberries are in season. They’re at their juicy sweetest when they’re a dark color. Blueberries can be used instead and they make a really fun blue color popsicle.

Banana – for natural sweetness and a creamy texture. The more ripe they are the sweeter they are!

Vanilla yogurt – you could also use plain Greek yogurt with a dash of vanilla essence for flavor to reduce the amount of sugar you’re getting. Use almond milk to make this dairy free and vegan.

Cornstarch – this helps with the creamy texture and also prevents the popsicles from turning icy

Honey – For sweetness, but you don’t need too much because of the sweet fruits. Use maple syrup if you want a vegan option
