My husband called these “Berriolis”, like berry-raviolis.  He also gets credit for my fantasy football team name this year.  I’ll reveal that later on, but it’s pretty awesome.

I mean, its a play on my blog name and a college football announcers name…so yea.  Pretty freaking awesome.

Is anyone else really sad that the Olympics are officially over?  I watched so much coverage over the last 2 weeks that I don’t really know what to do with myself now.

Strawberry and Blueberry Raviolis

Now, back to these strawberry and blueberry raviolis.  Um, guys.  These were so easy to make (the hardest part was smooshing the sides together.

But besides that, they were pretty simple and delicious.  They have no added sugar (just the sugars from the fruit and yogurt), so they are fairly healthy.

To make these strawberry and blueberry raviolis:

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

In a small bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries and yogurt. Mix together. Set aside.  Unroll the pie crusts and cut into 9 pieces. Repeat with the other pie crust.  Put 2 similar squares together and press 3 of the sides together.

With the 4th side open, add the berry and yogurt mixture into each of the raviolis you created.  Press the last side together to make sure that none of the goodness comes out.  You could even use a fork to smash each side.

Place each ravioli on a prepared cookie sheet and bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
