This Cajun chicken skillet pasta is perfect and so easy to get on the table. I love quick and easy recipes to make during the weekday.

Ingredients:

Oil

Rotisserie Chicken

Cajun Seasoning

Bowtie Pasta

Onion

Celery

Red Bell Pepper

Cream Cheese

Heat half of the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.  Season the chopped chicken with salt and pepper and half of the Cajun seasoning, then add to the oil.

Add the chopped veggies to the skillet along with the chicken, add additional oil as needed. Cook for about 6 minutes.

Wipe out the skillet and add the chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, then add the sour cream and cream cheese and stir as the cream cheese melts.

Add a bit more broth or milk to achieve a smooth consistency that coats the back of a spoon. Season with Cajun seasoning, to taste. Add the pasta and stir to coat.
