Ingredients:

Light Butter

White Sugar

Brown Sugar

Eggs

All-Purpose Flour

Vanilla

Cream of Tartar

Pumpkin Pie Spice

In a small bowl, mix together the butter, 1/4 cup sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, 1 Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice, salt, and 1/2 Tablespoon cinnamon. Mix until combined.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well.

In another small bowl, combine the remaining sugar, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon.
