No matter the level of cook that you are, you should make this sheet pan chicken fajita bowl recipe for your family.  It’s easy to make and it's delicious.

Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken Breasts

Olive Oil

Taco Seasoning

Red Pepper

Green Pepper

Black Beans

Canned Corn

Red Onion

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay the chicken breasts in the middle of the cookie sheet.  Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and the taco seasoning.

Add the sliced peppers to one side of the cookie sheet.  Sprinkle with 1/2 of the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix.

Repeat the process with the red onion slices.  Place cookie sheet in the oven and cook for about 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

When the chicken and peppers are finished cooking, create your bowl.  Add 1/4 cup cooked rice, 3 slices of chicken, peppers and onions.  Top with black beans, corn and more salsa.
