When you have that Chinese food craving, try this easy beef and broccoli recipe instead.  It’s so easy to make and tastes even better than your typical Chinese takeout.

Ingredients:

Cornstarch

Salt

Olive oil

Sirloin steak

Chicken broth

Broccoli florets

Ginger

Garlic

Red pepper flakes

What I love about this recipe is that it tastes authentic.  It reminds me of my favorite Chinese takeout place and I just love that I can replicate it.

The sirloin steak cooks perfectly and is tender.

One major note – make sure to mince the ginger as good as you can.
