In December 2018, Weight Watchers rebranded to WW (Wellness Wins). While the new WW includes more tips and resources for a healthy lifestyle, they kept the Freestyle points system which includes a butch of zero points foods.
The focus on your health is the new focus of the rebrand. Yes, losing weight is still a large part of their program, but anyone can join WW – even if you don’t need to lose any weight.
In December 2015, Weight Watchers launched a new program called Beyond the Scale to help you with a more holistic approach to weight loss and fitness.
