Vegan Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe bananas broken apart
  • 1 medium avocado chopped
  • 4 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  • In a blender, place all ingredients in and mix until combined.
  • Place in the refrigerator or freezer for about 20 minutes to make it colder, if you would like.  Serve immediately.

Notes

You can add honey to sweeten this up if needed. Just remember that altering the recipe will change the SmartPoints value.  Adding honey is not vegan, so if you are following a vegan diet, honey will not work for you.
