Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked orzo cold
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 medium red onion chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped parsley optional

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl, add all the ingredients and mix together. When the salad is made, serve immediately.
