- 2 lbs lean ground turkey
- 2 Tablespoons fresh basil chopped
- 2 Tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes drained
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 sandwich thins
- 4 slices reduced fat Provolone cheese
- Arugula optional
In a large bowl, combine the turkey, basil sun-dried tomatoes and salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
Heat the grill or grill pan to medium heat. Add the patties and grill about 10 minutes or until they register 165 degrees. Add the cheese at the end to melt into the burger.
Serve with some arugula and on a sandwich thin.
