  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 medium carrots chopped
  • 15oz can diced tomatoes
  • 8oz can tomato sauce
  • 6oz can tomato paste
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1 Tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • red pepper flakes optional


  • In a medium skillet, cook the meat, onions and garlic until the meat is cooked through and the onions are translucent, about 8 minutes.
  • Add the meat, onions and garlic into the slow cooker.  Add the remaining ingredients (except the noodles) and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Serve over cooked noodles or zoodles!
