  • 2 cups strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup milk any kind
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ground
  • 6-8 whole ice cubes

  • Add all ingredients to a blender
  • Blend on HIGH until the ingredients are incorporated
  • Pour into 2 glasses, garnish as desired

  • If using fresh strawberries, rinse them thoroughly, then discard the greens/roughage before using.
  • If you are only making one smoothie, cut all ingredients in half.
  • If needed, add more milk a quarter cup at a time to thin out your smoothie.
  • I used almond milk, but you can use whatever milk you prefer.
  • Other ingredients you could add to this smoothie if desired: ground flax, vanilla extract, almond extract, chia seeds.
