Ten Easy Recipes for Busy Weeknights

When you are pressed for time, cooking dinner can be a daunting task. But it doesn’t have to be! Below are ten easy recipes that are so easy to make you and your family won’t know what hit them.

If you have been following me for any length of time, you know that meal planning and eating healthy are my bread and butter. I make sure to go grocery shopping on Sundays with a crazy list in hand and buy everything I need for the week.

Since I have this blog, and work full time, I don’t have the time to sit at work not knowing what I’m going to cook for dinner that night. It just won’t happen. So, roundups like this are vital to helping me to prepare for the week ahead.

I plan on writing a post on my Maintenance journey with Weight Watchers soon, but let me tell you. It’s not as easy and rosy as it sounds.

There are definitely challenges to it as well, but I have learned the tools to eat healthier and what that means to me. Let me be blunt. Healthy eating isn’t that difficult.

Yes, you have to cut certain things out of your diet and be mindful of carbs, but it doesn’t mean spending tons of time in the kitchen. Trust me.

I really try to get dinner on the table in 30 minutes or less. Some recipes are a little more in depth, but I strive to hit that 30 minute mark every dinner.
